BUNDLE:
Book both maternity & newborn sessions and save $200 with our Bump to Baby special. Includes all of the above.
Minimum spend is $1400, with the average client spending between $2000-$3500.
All sessions attract a $200 session fee and must include Image Collection 1 (10 hi-res digital images).
Image Collection upgrades can be purchased after viewing your gallery
Minimum spend for a single session is $800
The average client spends between $1400-$2500
50% of your invoice total (Session Fee + Image Collection 1) is due at booking to reserve your session
Newborn sessions must be booked prior to birth to guarantee a spot

Book your session
Fill out the booking form with your estimated due date
We’ll send you a quote for your session fee + Image Collection 1 - 50% payment is due within 7 days to secure your booking
Once paid, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details and our prep guide

Step 2
Choose your outfits
We’ll send you a session guide with tips for dressing the whole family
I have a client wardrobe with beautiful, flattering dresses in a range of sizes
It’s all included at no extra cost
When you book, you’ll get a list of options and I’ll help you choose what works best

After your session
A few weeks after your session, you’ll get the best surprise - your very own gallery of images to choose from
It’s such a special moment, seeing your family’s story come to life in photographs you’ll treasure forever

Step 3
On the Day
On the day, just relax and enjoy making memories with your family - it’s all about having fun together
The final 50% payment can be made on the day (cash) or the next day (bank transfer/credit card) - no stress, I’ll send you a reminder so you don’t have to think about it

ASKED QUESTIONS

The best time to book your maternity photography session or newborn photography session is as soon as possible, with most people booking at around 12/13 weeks of prgnancy.
Booking your maternity photography session or newborn photography session at around the 3-month mark of your pregnancy guarantees we’ll have time for your sessions in our schedule.
The closer to your due date you book, the less chance we’ll be able to squeeze you in (but we’ll always do our best!).

Maternity photography sessions usually take place between 34-36 weeks of pregnancy. At this stage you should have a lovely round belly, and not be feeling too uncomfortable at the session. Once you’ve filled in the booking form we’ll be in touch with a list of available dates.
For newborn photography sessions, we recommend having the session within the first couple of weeks after birth, but we’re happy to photograph babies up to 3 months old.
Just keep in mind that the older bub is the less likely we’ll be able to capture those sleepy images.
When you book your newborn session we reserve a tentative date approximately 2 weeks after your estimated due date so we keep room in our schedule for you. Once bub has arrived let us know and we’ll lock in a firm date.

Yes, absolutely! You can absolutely book in your newborn photography session after your baby has arrived.

Maternity sessions take place outdoors at one of our favourite Hawkesbury locations. These sessions usually take place on weekday afternoons about an hour before sunset (limited weekend dates available upon request)
Newborn sessions take place at our studio in Kurrajong, NSW. The studio is lovely & warm and equipped with a bathroom and changing facilities. Newborn sessions take place on weekday mornings only, starting between 10am-11am.

Absolutely, EMMERGE Photography does offer in-home newborn photography. We understand that having your newborn photos at home is a better option for some families.
Our in-home newborn photography is available to any family living within 15km from Kurmond, NSW with no extra travel fees.
For families who live further than 15kms from Kurmond, NSW, a small travel fee will apply for newborn photography sessions at home to cover the time & cost of transporting outfits & props to your home.
