The experience
These 15 minute sessions will see you walk away with gorgeous images that celebrate the love you have for your children. Bring your kids and/or your own Mum for this relaxed and cozy portrait session.
My specially curated wardrobe of beautiful, flowy and flattering dresses suit a range of shapes & sizes and will be available for you to choose from and wear on the day so you look and feel amazing!

Motherhood Mini sessions will take place in the Hawkesbury region approx. 10 minutes from Richmond.

Motherhood Mini Sessions will take place on Sunday 7th May 2023. Each mini session will run for 15 minutes and time slots will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.
Your Motherhood Mini package includes a 15 minute session, full access to my client wardrobe, preparation & editing of your gallery and 10 beautiful images to download and keep forever.

The motherhood mini process
How it works
step 1.
Motherhood Mini session time slots will be released first to our VIP mailing list at 12pm, Monday 24th April. You will be emailed a link to a special booking page where you will be able to view the list of available times slots and make your selection.
Once you’ve reserved your time slot you’ll be sent a confirmation email and invoice.
step 2.
Make your session payment of $300 within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Any payments not received within 24 hours will result in your booking being cancelled and your time slot released.

Once your payment has been made you’ll receive an email with more information and tips for preparing for your session, including styling ideas and what to expect on the day.
step 3.
Arrive at your session 10 minutes early and have fun loving on your babes!
step 4.
Approximately 4-6 weeks after your session you’ll be emailed a link to your gallery to select your 10 images. Gallery upgrades can be purchased at this time.
Relax, knowing you now have timeless images that will ensure your love is remembered for years to come.
Terms & conditions
session participants
Motherhood Mini sessions are for Mums, their kids & grandmothers only. Because of the nature of mini sessions no partners or fathers can be accommodated. If you would like a session with your partner or whole family then you might like to consider booking a full family session on another date.
cancellation & refund policy
Mini session fees are non-refundable but they are transferrable. If you get sick before the session, test positive to Covid-19 or can’t make the session for any reason we will release your time slot to our waiting list and any payments you’ve made will be put towards a family photo session at a later date.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your session date. No discounts or refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.
package inclusions & upgrades
The $300 Motherhood Mini 2023 session package fee includes the following:
- 15 minutes of shooting time
- Use of the client wardrobe
- Gallery preparation & editing of images
- 10 edited images, available as a digital download
Package Upgrades:
- After viewing your gallery you will have the option of purchasing all images in your gallery for a gallery upgrade fee of $100.
- Images will be available as a digital download only (they will not be sent to you on USB).
- Prints & wall art can be purchased separately (please email hello@emmergephotography.com.au
for a full print & wall art price list)
session payments
The $300 session fee payment is due 24 hours after receiving your invoice. All payments to be made via direct bank transfer.
Any payments not received within 24 hours will result in your booking being cancelled and your time slot released.

covid-19 requirements
If you or a participant display any signs of illness prior to the session date you must let us know as soon as possible. Should you or a participant test positive to Covid-19 we ask that you do not attend your session and let us know so we can make arrangements for transfer of any payments already made to a family photo session at a later date.
You agree to abide by any and all public health requirements or isolation orders as set out by NSW Health as at 11:59pm on May 5th 2023.
editing & artistic interpretation
All choices in regards to colour toning/black and white edits and the images made available in your gallery for selection are at the discretion of EMMERGE Photography.
Any requests for detailed edits over and above those that are already included (including but not limited to conversions from black & white to colour or vice versa, blemish or dirt removal above the basic edits included, cropping or image manipulation) will be charged at a price of $75 per image.
